With a background working with brands like NOW TV, Sky, and leading tech, engineering, and music industry players, he’s spent years crafting content that doesn’t just look good, it moves people and makes an impact. From major commercial productions to working directly with bands and labels, Raphael brings the same relentless drive: figure it out, make it better, and deliver work that stands out.

Jacques Gross
Jacques is the Creative Director bridges the gap between business objectives and human behaviour, ensuring brands connect in ways that matter. With 18 years of experience working with brands like Apple, Kwesé TV, Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, and Budweiser, he specialises in turning misaligned messaging into brand stories that drive real impact. His insight-driven, results-focused approach helps brands refine their positioning, fix underperforming creative, and reimagine their presence - from redefining brand narratives to shifting consumer behaviour.
